Texas Sheet Cake
 
 
1 cup    Butter  
2 tbs    Cocoa  
1 cup    Water  
2 cups    Sugar  
2 cups    Flour  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
2   Eggs  
1 tsp    Baking Soda  
1/2 cups    Sour cream  
1 tsp    Vanilla  
Frosting  
1/2 cups    Butter  
1/4 cup    Milk  
4 Tbs    Cocoa  
2 cups    Powdered sugar  
1 tsp    Vanilla  
 
1 In a small saucepan bring butter, cocoa and water, to a boil.
2 In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Put in boiling cocoa mixture and beat. Add soda, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat only until blended. Batter will be runny. Pour into very large greased cookie sheet.
3 Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes. Frost while cake is still warm.
Frosting
1 In a saucepan combine butter, milk, and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
