Good way to use leftover turkey. |

Turkey, cooked, cooled |

Carrots, diced |

Celery, diced |

Peas, frozen |

Jars of Cheese Whiz |

Over medium heat in 6 quart pan bring chicken broth to a boil, add onions, carrots and celery; cook 5 minutes. Add noodles, cook 10 minutes more. Add peas. |

In separate pan melt butter; add flour and salt, then milk. Add flour mixture to vegetable mixture. Add turkey and cheese. If too thick add more chicken broth or milk. |
