Turkey Noodle Cheese Soup
 
 
Good way to use leftover turkey.
 
2-3 cups    Turkey, cooked, cooled  
1 cup    Carrots, diced  
1 cup    Celery, diced  
1   Onion, dicd  
1 cup    Peas, frozen  
1/2 cup    Butter  
1/2 cup    Flour  
1/2 cup    Milk  
2 tsp    Salt  
2 quarts    Chicken Broth  
1-2 15 oz    Jars of Cheese Whiz  
6-8 oz    Egg Noodles  
 
1 Over medium heat in 6 quart pan bring chicken broth to a boil, add onions, carrots and celery; cook 5 minutes. Add noodles, cook 10 minutes more. Add peas.
2 In separate pan melt butter; add flour and salt, then milk. Add flour mixture to vegetable mixture. Add turkey and cheese. If too thick add more chicken broth or milk.
