Vegetable Marinade
 
 
1 cup    Vegetable oil or olive oil  
1-1/3 cups    Cider vinegar  
2 tbs    Mustard  
2 tsp    Salt  
1 tsp    Oregano  
1/3 cups    Sugar  
sm jar    Pickled sour onions (drain)  
lg can    Button mushrooms  
4   Celery stalks, strips  
sm head    Cauliflower  
  Green pepper, strips  
4-5   Carrots, strips  
  Olives  
 
1 Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, oregano, and sugar. Combine with prepared vegetables.
2 Marinate for 8 hours. Add olives. Serve.
