Vegetable Ramon
 
 
1 1/2 cup    Broccoli and Cauliflower  
1   Carrot, sliced thin  
1 pkg    Ramen noodle, chicken flavored  
1 2/3 cup    Water  
  Soy Sauce  
 
1 Cut broccoli and califlower into small bite-size pieces. Peel and slice carrots really thin. Crush noodle before opening the package.
2 Coat a fry pan with vegetable spray and heat on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add veggies and stir for 1 minute.
3 Stir in noodles, seasoning packet and water. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer with lid on for 3-5 minutes.
4 Serve with soy sauce if desired.
