Vinaigrette
 
 
1/4 cup    Fresh Lemon Juice  
1 tsp    Honey  
1 sm    Shallot, finely chopped  
1/2 cup    Extra-Virgin Olive Oil  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
1/4 tsp    Black Pepper  
 
Whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and shalot in a small bowl. Whisking constantly, slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking until emulsified. Season with the salt and pepper.
