Wonton Chicken Salad
 
 
2   Chicken breasts, cooked, cubed  
1 head    Lettuce, sliced thin  
1/2 cup    Almonds, sliced  
8   Green onions, sliced  
1/2 cup    Sesame seeds  
1/2 pkg    Wontons  
8 Tbs    Sugar  
2 tsp    Salt  
1/2 cup    Salad oil  
1/4 cup    Red or white wine vinegar or caspers dressing  
 
Cut wontons into strips and twist. Fry in oil; drain on paper towel. Add to lettuce with cubed chicken, almonds, onions, and sesame seeds. Add dressing just before serving.
