Cannot find Sarah in the 1891 & 1901 censuses. There is a Sarah TOPPING in the 1901 census (born in Billinge) living with her daughter Martha A Marsh. Martha was born in 3rd Qu 1891 and so was born before any marriage of Thomas & Sarah.

WARNING: There was also a Thomas TOPPING/Sarah who lived at the same time in Manchester and had children of similar names.
They moved from Lancashire to Durham between May 1870 and Apr 1871. .
