Conversion is a difficult process. You find the unbelievers making fun of you and your newfangled ways. You may even get wedgies. But you will find it's worth it, friends. Only Microsoft can save your computer's soul.

Conversion is this simple:
1) rename the files:
   drive:\WINDOWS\LOGOS.SYS
   drive:\WINDOWS\LOGOW.SYS
   drive:\LOGO.SYS (if it exists)
   to safe names, in case you need to convert back.
2) download LOGOS.SYS to your WINDOWS directory.
3) download LOGOW.SYS to your WINDOWS directory.
4) download LOGO.SYS to your root directory.

This will change your opening screen, and the two shutdown screens. Sure, it's no kernel change. Yet. Maybe later.

You may need to right-click on the links and save the files manually, if you get a screen full of gibberish.
