History
Silverhawk, half sister to Tangelwood, Silverhawk does not intend to stand in her sister's shadow for long. Skilled with a bow and tenacious in combat. She is poised to be a valued member of the Imperial Rangers.
The Quest for St. Rose has proven to be a coming-of-age test for the junior ranger. Under the experienced guidance of fellow Imperial Ranger applicant Calais Hellebore, Silverhawk has made the leap from a willful reckless hunter to a thoughtful tracker and combatant.
Accustomed to answering to no authority but her own, she respects the need for unity. Her long held mistrust of wizards has been tempered by the actions of her fellow adventurer Casper Lovato. His selfless employment of magic has made him a proven companion and worthy of her trust. A feat inconceivable only weeks ago.
Favored enemy:
Silverhawk harbors a hatred of goblins that became a point of instability until she met Calais. Her intimate familiarity with the physiology of the grimme is fueled by that hatred. Aware that other malevolent creatures wandered in the Grimme regions she acquired a similar skill in dealing with giants and trolls. Her more recent encounters with creatures of the underdark have escalated her awareness of a need to combat them in their unique fighting style.
Because she lack physical strength she has focuses on ranged combat, though she is not unwilling to engage in melee, she is aware of her limitations and is quick to withdraw from lengthy hand to hand combat.
Aspirations:
Until recently Silverhawk's focus was on her brother Skinner and her sister Taenglewood. The family of orphans was only unified by their adoptive father's penchant for hunting. Her focus remains on relationships, eschewing big picture conflicts or world events. She is slow to trust, but fiercely loyal once that trust is gained. The best way to know she respects you is when she unleashes her slightly caustic wit on you.
