Fliskits Baffle BAF-60

Fliskits Baffle kit BAF-60

Start by securing the included Kevlar line to bottom baffle disk:

Glue bottom disk to coupler tube: (Elmers Glue All used through-out build)

Glue Kevlar line to tube:

Glue top disk on:

Sanded the baffle outer tube.
Positioned into Big Bertha.
Used a long stick to glue top and bottom of baffle.
Glued Kevlar line to rocket body tube.

You cannot see thru the baffle:

The top of the blue tape is the top of the baffle:
The higher the baffle, the more stable the rocket I'm told.

After 2 launches (1 - B6-4 engine, 1 - D12-5), the baffle has worked great - as advertised!
Nary a mark on either the cord or chute! I'll get baffles for every rocket if I can afford it!
