PHOTOS

Tubes painted and ready to assemble (decided NOT to paint bottom base or cap)
The 3M Scotch blue painter's tape did a really good job of masking - good clean lines!

Used Krylon Pumpkin-orange #52411 gloss paint (Now w 360* dial nozzle!)
And that's a pumpkin scented candle behind the rocket. Hmm, I see a pattern here...?

Using Testors plastic cement (non-toxic) for all plastic joints

I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE "Testors" non-toxic plastic cement (blue tube) - most all joints have let go at the slighest bump - mostly non-flight related! Super glued joints seem to be holding!

LAUNCHES

Oct 18, 2013
D12-5 Engine - Maiden flight
5 MPH winds
Bus Park (Farmington)
18" Yellow Nylon chute

Nice, straight boost (I'm proud!) Only 1 fin popped off on landing, and all engines intact!

Ejected ~ 2 seconds after apogee - a D12-3 would be ideal for this build.
