Bill,

Thanks for bringing up ALLY as a Rubberband Sell Rule candidate. Might give
me a whole new perspective on things!

I didn't even think to calculate it because industry action made me think
its move was done. Also didn't like that it broke out of a short base today.
Bad action in charts like PENN are also worrisome. Breakout, then immediate
failure. Bad news.
