You may already know the story on this one, but thought I'd put it on record
for the list in answer to your question.

Among other things, BREL manufactures the smallpox vaccine. When people
figured out that biothreats could be a big deal after all the Anthax scares,
this one got on the play book. Just add it to the list with stocks like EASI
and other defense/military or security names. In late Oct. they gave an
upside preannouncement. In late November, the gov't awarded the smallpox
vaccine contract and ACAM was one of the winners. ACAM has a relationship
with BREL. So BREL benefited as well.
