Hi Andreas,

Here's my read:

Correction (left lip of cup) began 7/18 at 33.50.
Low was 16.80, that makes a 49.85% correction, just under the 50% maximum
recommended.
Bottoming was somewhat of a "W", so that means there is a possible entry
when it clears the middle of the W. That would be 27.69 on 10/17. But this
is a riskier entry, and if I take these, I put on only a partial position.
You can see that action after that kept price above or near the 27.69
marker, so a sign of strength in my mind.
At this point, cup seems to have formed right lip at 33.24 on 12/10. That
would make a 20 week cup. A good time frame for a 50% correction and
recovery.

So far, today would make the 7th day of the handle. (As I write this I am
seeing a price of 32.17 volume 666,700, avg vol 663100). Forming in upper
half of cup? Check. Forming within 8-15% of the 52 wk high? check.

The only thing that would worry me would be such a short handle after such a
long base, but that is not, in and of itself a problem.

In my own analysis I would supplement this with DD and an industry review to
confirm the move.
