Yes, I understand. But it has helped me on several occasions.
By the way, I was wondering what is your VR fund?

Thanks, glad it's of use. Just keep in mind that it's only my =
"watchlist" for purposes of helping this group with some CS type stocks. =
For my own purposes, most will not meet my small cap, low priced =
standards.

Thanks for your comments. I am always looking for a good low priced =
stock, but I was concerned about this being a mortgage backed REIT. =20
I think that I will keep looking. By the way I appreciate your =
weekend review. I don't have a lot of time to do research so I often =
use your watchlist to narrow my search.
Thanks again,

Hi Matt,
I got burned a number of years ago on a mortgage backed REIT, and =
learned my lesson. As a result, I won't consider them for growth =
oriented investment. I see that MFA currently has a yield of 12.7%, no =
doubt in my mind that is what is driving it. But with rates about as low =
as they are likely to get, and even more likely to start up in the =
future, even the fact that this company's mortgages are adjustables =
means that it will not keep up with rising rates.
I would aqree that it appears to be forming a c&h, but the handle =
is high, up/down ratio is only 1.1, and the trailing PE (9) says that =
there is little interest in pricing it at a premium. This is also =
reflected in the RS of 72, below CANSLIM standards.=20
It does have good earnings forecasts, but would not interest me.

I would like to get some thoughts on this stock. America First =
Mortgage Investments, Inc., is a REIT and is in the business of =
investing in mortgage-backed securities and mortgages.
It appears to me using IBD Chart that there is a C&H formation =
beginning on around the first of October. It looks like a handle is now =
forming.=20
I will appreciate any thoughts.
Thanks,
Matt Leverette =20
