Just caught a story off Reuters, Fleming has halted grocery shipments to =
KM due failure to make the latest weekly payment. Fleming is the sole =
grocery supplier to KM, and is also seeking to reclaim $78 million worth =
of goods shipped, but not paid for.

Scott's has also suspended shipments apparently for the same reason.
