Try Quotes Plus if you aren't familiar with it, you can get a free two week demo.  
Has some scanning capabilities, lots of fundamental data, plus they do maintain 
their own EPS and RS ranking, not exactly what IBD will have, but close enough.

Can't comment on TC2000, it may also have some canslim capabilities.
