Tom, The IG gave full sell signals on all of them, thats the main reason. My reasearch tells me that 75% of the price action come from the Industry Groups. The market just killed the rally thats another reason. Short --> Full Sell Signal by Industry Group (RS hits relative low, price breaks down of pattern inverseCWH or Flat Base or Gap down in a existing Downtrend, lots destructive signs like Price up days and RS down on the same day, Diss days, three - five losing days in a row). I use http://beta.dailygraphs.com/formslogin.asp for charting the IGs > > PCS --> no cash flow, never ever profitable, dept 700% !!! > > CIEN --> Ok, looks fundamentally better, cash flow is positive, PE not high ... but IG downtrend just got confirmed yesterday > > MOT --> negative Cash Flow, no earnings, sales is lower since the 4th Quater > > CEPH (watch) negative Cash Flow, very high Price Sales A stock that has a negative cash flow has now value to me at all as long they do not make the turnaound, otherwise value get eaten up bit by bit, day by day ... Good companies always have a positive cash flow since the IPO and never broke that pattern (like SEBL etc.). I will not short them today, since a snapback is likely ... I actually will get long on CHD and FMX ... with 5% of my money, IG gave Full buy, stocks have a great technical and fundamental picture, very tight stop loss can be used (4%).
