In a good cup, volume should fall off at the bottom (indicating
sellers' exhaustion) and increase as it nears the right rim
indicating stronger buying pressure.  DRS has it pretty much the
other way around.

You are correct that there were four days of above average volume
in the right one-third of the cup (Jan 2 to Feb 1).  But two of
the higher volume days were down days.  Only two strong days in a
month suggests to me there is not a lot of buying pressure.
