Don't have IBD numbers, but regarding the chart - not a potential breakout, is a 
breakout, I guess that chart is what some people call a double bottom, with 2 dips 
down to 31 or so.  Of course, in this market breakouts have not been doing well, I'm 
sure a few people have noticed you could have made a lot of money just shorting 
breakouts in the last month (MGAM, CHBS, DFXI).  I don't think I would buy 
anything in this market, but if you do buy this one, keep a close eye on it.
