What do you guys make of SCVL?  Too extended or a 2nd stage base?  The 
fundies seem good, at least according to IBD.  But I am having a hard 
time making sense of the chart.  There was a double bottom while basing, 
then a failed breakout about the beginning of the year (on low volume) 
but now it seems to be taking off on much better volume.  Is this a 
decent entry point?
