Warren, I've been a member of AAII since 1996 and have not attended any local meetings. I still look forward to the monthly publication as it has more than just stock investment information. There have been articles on Estate taxes, Bonds, Insurance, and Individual Funds. I would like to know if anyone uses NAIC and how they like it. The January issue has the following articles, Discount Broker Survey, What to look for in a Closed-End Mutual Fund, Stock Strategies That Worked Best in 2001 (This is the one that got me back to WON-CANSLIM) , An In-depth look at Equivolume Charting, and several other topics. I think you get a lot of good general information about taking care of you money for the $49.00 / yr. The CANSLIM group is confirming some questions that have been rolling around in my mind for the last 10 years. There is a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience here that people are willing to share. Also it is a serious and courteous group. Thanks to all the contributors of the group.
