Aahhhh, now I see what you mean. I would agree, there is a cup, but I would
consider the handle to have given up too much ground, and the volume in the
handle never really dried up. Add to that the reversal from the latest
declining trend has now taken it about 15% over the pivot point, and it is
well extended.
