I have been noticing in the past week or so my daily lists of stocks =
hitting new highs, as well as my screens from DGO beta, all of which are =
geared to low priced small caps, have been getting longer. I did =
increase my upper price limit to $20 from 18, as well as a few other =
minor changes, on my new highs list, but otherwise they remain the same =
since late Oct.
