Hi Tom

At www.ishares.com, you can find a whole bunch of
index tracking stocks.  The small cap growth one is
IJT.

The description from the site is:
S&P SmallCap 600/Barra Growth Index Fund 
The iShares S&P SmallCap 600/Barra Growth Index Fund
seeks investment results that correspond to the
performance of publicly traded U.S. small-cap stocks
with the highest price-to-book ratios within the S&P
SmallCap 600 Index, as represented by the S&P SmallCap
600/Barra Growth Index
