I've been creamed today, twice:  AXL, good breakout a few days ago, running
fine, then BAM, down over 3 this p.m. after a) S&P upgrade and b) announcing
issuance of more shares.  Other loser stopped out after....announcement of
issuance of more shares.  I don't like this.
