I was just listing TASR as a sector example of a strong microcap stoc=
k. I do
not own it. It is a high-risk stock in that it is subject to third-pa=
rty
approval that will likely either make or break it. Not the kind of ri=
sk that
I ever need to take.
However, I will periodically own stocks with poor immediate cash-flow=
if it
is apparent that they will be cash-flow positive and accelerating in =
the
very near term.
Stocks that I actually own that have been strong lately include: NBSC=
, NSYS,
MRGE, EEGL, DHB, MIKR, XMM, PMFG, SSYS. They are more representative =
of the
types of microcaps that I like to buy.
NBSC being my favourite 'CANSLIM in the making' idea. As always, I am
probably 3-4 months early with it.
Cheers,
Ian

Ian:
Although TASR has a nice PEG and chart, does it bother you that =
TASR's
cash-flow is -13=A2 (versus its 2001 earnings of +17=A2? Ordinarily,=
I would
think that cash-flow is so low vs. annual earnings because of a high =
rate of
R&D. But in DG-online, TASR's R&D is listed as NA.
If the cash-flow doesn't concern you, why doesn't it? (I'm just
asking,
not giving an opinion).
