I'm using a pivot of 60. = RS line is lagging. Setting a stop is a little too arbitrary. TENT - Already in an uptrend so no real pivot other than uptrend line. = Opening a fourth sports bar where I live (Charlotte, NC), very popular. = Good growth, wide bid/ask spreads. POSS - I'm using a pivot of 18.25, so Wednesday's drop didn't break the = chart. Industry is weakening. Accelerating growth. ACMR - Broke out last weak, now pulling back near pivot, ~32.30. Sales = growth is consistent, though EPS growth is not. =20 ACDO - Good growth, chart is open to interpretation. I'm saying the = stock broke out on Jan 3 from a long, slightly ascending, sloppy base. = It's now in a stepping uptrend. At first glance, you may say that = volume is contracting as the stock moves up, but volume is behaving = correctly during the steps. Ouch, just caught the open, gapped down = huge...RIP. RACN - Not impressed with historical sales/eps growth, but it does = appear to be moving in the right direction. Highest ranking in = industry. Hard to argue with a new all time high. =20 NTBK - High growth, moving up. I have a hard time understanding the = appeal of using a purely online bank, though I've never tried it. =20 Any thoughts? =20 I use a weight of the evidence approach where technicals receive a = greater weight than fundamentals (This is opposite from O'Neil's Canslim = where fundamentals get a greater weight). I also perform only cursory = analysis of the fundamentals. I use DGO for this and will occasionally = go to Yahoo for clarification, but I do not do in depth analysis of the = financials beyond what these two sources provide. =20 =20 Rob - ------=_NextPart_000_0035_01C1C68A.266AE250 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.2713.1100" name=3DGENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>CTX - Not much of a base = as the middle=20 peak is higher than the first peak, but the stock is nevertheless moving = up.=20 I'm using a pivot of 60.
