Welcome:

NWRE met my personal 'embryonic CANSLIM' criteria back in July, after their
great June Q. It broke out nicely on volume at around $2.80 in late August,
but was interrupted by 9/11. I have never been a big fan of software utility
companies (Mister Softee has a history of making them all features of the
next version of their OS, and putting these types of companies out of
business), so I shied away when the real volume kicked in again at the end
of November (still around $2). That was a big mistake. IMHO, the clear
volume trigger point was around $3 (past the August highs) in early
December, so it is too extended now for me to consider, but it sure has seen
a phenomenal volume change from last year, which is often a very good sign.

Ian
