Theoretically, but I have trouble making money when I stick to it, and I
have had extremely high success rates applying the same rules to stocks with
CANSLIM fundies making new highs on huge ADV changes from the $3-$7 range.
Although in a clear bull market, I find that stocks starting in the $11-$16
are the best.
