I think that it's a nice-looking chart also (viz. about an 8 wk
fluctuating flat base). Here's why I (using CANSLIM criteria) would overlook
it: It is below the price WON prefers (I believe $16/share is his minimum
limit); ROE is only 3% (he like more than 17%); the industry's RS is only
rated at 23 (however, it is in a hi-tech area-which is why I probably will
put NWRE in my secondary WatchList). It's chart is also kind of
volatile-even though I would describe it as a flat base (although it's volume
on up vs. down days is very nice, when you look at the chart).
It's Cash-Flow is very nice (relative to earnings in '00 or 01) and it's
PEG is nice (PEG is a concept that I got from Ian; it is latest quarter's
earnings multiplied by 4 (to annualize it) multiplied by the sales rate
increase. This product is then divided into the current price. (Ian used .5,
I believe, as a nice price/sales growth number). It is a very useful
concept-I found-when one is looking at low-price stocks.

I'm
still trying to find the time to dig deeper into the CANSLIM method. I
thought it was a bit odd that NWRE hasn't been mentioned....a beautiful
chart
and had a nice b/o today on heavy volume on a break over $8.45. Anyway, I
was
just curious if this stock wasn't attractive according to the CANSLIM
criteria. Since I'm still catching up on the posts over the past couple of
days, forgive me if this has already been discussed. Thanks in advance. >>
