Per Tom's comments below - this is gratifying.   Not because I
particularly want to see Andersen go in the tank, but because rather
than the Feds shutting them down, the marketplace has spoken in that
many companies have decided they are better off with a different
accounting firm doing their auditing.

As an investor, I am pleased when the market works to correct shady
practices that serve to deceive the shareholders.
