     I saw the merger gap in DG.  However, I was referring to the "buyout" in 
your E-mail.  Is the PM indicator in DG and the Buyout proposal you allude to 
synonymous?  In just this case or in all cases?  Or did you mean a merger and 
just wrote "buyout"?
