Warren, At a glance, their numbers don't make sense to me. Latest qtr (2nd) both earnings and sales show a huge jump over what they had been doing. Thru the first six months, they are on track to far surpass the year's forecast (assuming Q2 is indicative of Q3 and Q4). Yet the forecast for next year shows a 19% decline. The debt % figure may not be correct as they paid off $15 million short term debt in Feb plus the remaining part of the senior term loan. I also would question the accuracy of the institutional holdings. DGO shows management with 15% and Funds with only 9%. Here's my take on it: Almost all of the fundie numbers look good with the exception of a high level of debt; however the company seems to be putting it to good use as no other fundamental indicators seem bad IBD web site lists MTEC as the best in its group, but the group itself is kind of hammered. 50% institutional ownership. Technically, we have a beautifully symmetrical C&H but the handle is a tad higher than the left side of the cup. Also the handle is wedging up, not down. Volume was high on the right side of the cup -- earlier investors getting out at where they entered?
