Hi Chas,

I'd look at ITG independently from the industry group itself and instead =
compare it to more direct competitors, as ITG's business model and =
products are distinctive and don't compare directly to most of the other =
businesses lumped into the Finance/Investment Brokers group. I'm always =
a sucker for a great IR site, and I think ITG has done a good job of =
describing their path to future growth. If you haven't already done so, =
take a look at http://www.itginc.com/investor/. Nicely done and a good =
starting point for further due diligence.

good, but the one thing that bothers me is the industry group that it is =
a part of is in the 100's....the stock is well above it's 50 & 200 day =
MA...any comments on this stock would be appreciated.
