I would agree, looks like handle trying to form on declining volume.

Not an industry that attracts me (my heaviest exercise is running my =
fingers over the keyboard), and burned me once on Concept 90. One day I =
will frame the worthless certificate for 60,000 shares and try to laugh =
about it.
