This is a multi-part message in MIME format. - ------=_NextPart_000_0116_01C1D5C3.81806960 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi John, If you a fairly new member of the list (forgive me if I am wrong on this = assumption) you'll find that over time, the list is very much devoted to = CANSLIM topics and discussions and unlike other lists is not inundated = with stock touting, excessive list making, or stock "picking." The truth = is, high growth stocks meeting *all* CANSLIM characteristics and = currently setting up are far less plentiful than they were in the late = Bull, so discussion ranges from what's working within an industry, what = industries are working, what *kinds* of stocks are currently working, = general CANSLIM principles, effective interpretation of technicals and = fundamentals, etc. Ian and Tom are both excellent contributors and have = a taste for microcaps that run under WON's typical minimum price. The = difference between the stocks they discuss and what you refer to as = "penny stocks" is a very high correlation to all other things CANSLIM. I = think you'll also find that there are many list contributors (me = included) who choose *not* to bring up specific stocks that we are = currently stalking for purchase and prefer instead more general = discussions from which we can learn new techniques, making us better = CANSLIM investors.
