Hi Charley,

Here's an additional source that gives free time & sales data---
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/rt/frt/M?IM=3Dquotes&SA=3Dquotes%7CTime%25=
26Sales&symbol=3Ddfxi&type=3DTime%26Sales

I make a mental note of trades passing by at less than 5-10K blocks and =
classify them as retail (the typical institutional block size will vary =
stock to stock). Under normal conditions and over the long run, the =
retail crowd has little influence on the stock...but there are days when =
the there's a confluence of events and retail pushes the stock up just =
so...quite often that will be followed by institutions selling into that =
bogus strength. Certainly far less of an issue when there are stocks =
breaking out right and left, but I haven't seen those days since early =
2000!

Katherine: Thank you again. I had no idea there was a source available =
that reported retail versus institutional buying. My intuition has been =
that retail buyers have little effect on price movement.=20
