John: I have not found one that passed on all categories. However, that may 
be because of recession/depressed market. It could reflect just how bad 
stocks have been beat up. On another subject Katherine pointed out how few 
stocks are breaking out now. Lets hope this changes within the next 6 months. 
Improved market-more stocks breakout-more stocks get better grades.
