It doesn't look that unrealistic to me. But you can't just extrapolate from the 20% to an annualized rate. The time b/w selling stock #1 and buying stock #2 is unlikely to be 0 and will reduce the overall rate. And, in this market, 1 - 8 weeks is optomistic from what I'm seeing. And, if you include WON's 1-in-3 success rate on stock picking, you'll reduce it even furter. But, for now, 20% on a portion of my portfolio a couple times a year is still a major improvement over what I'd done before finding CANSLIM. I expect this is lower than what one could do with perfect stocks in a better market, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. It IS, however, higher risk and more 'trading' than 'investing.' - --Mona > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-canslim@lists.xmission.com > [mailto:owner-canslim@lists.xmission.com]On Behalf Of Patrick Wahl > Sent: Tuesday, April 09, 2002 4:11 PM > To: canslim@lists.xmission.com > Subject: Re: [CANSLIM] M for Market > > > Good luck, but I think you are being pretty unrealistic in your > expectations.
