debt seems very high for its industry (108%), and funds already own 23% of
the float. Management, by comparison, only owns 9% of the issue.

One thing that I forgot to say in my last posts is that ITRI is also
expieriencing strong positive earnings drift for the 1/4 ending the 19th  30
days ago they were expecting .14 and now they expect .19
While not a CANSLIM criteria I find it along with a good  earnings surprise
history helps a lot especially when possibly buying right before earnings.
I started paying attention to those after reading some Richard Driehaus and
Cedd Moses interviews.

If it can take a break for a bit and form a handle ITRI looks like it has a
chance to be a good CANSLI stock.  It would help if the M arket could show
up but oh well.  It is one of the best looking cups I have come across for a
while.
