If you took a list of 100 to 200 = stocks with CANSLIM characteristics, not all of them are going to meet = each and every one of the required hurdles perfectly. What you're then = left with is 100 to 200 stocks that meet most of the CANSLIM = requirements and some will meet them with greater gusto than others. = That means you can effectively rank the 100 or 200 stocks by the = preponderance of evidence. I'd ask these questions--If you could only = pick 10 stocks, would you pick from the bottom of the pile or the top? = If you were to rank the 100 to 200 CANSLIM quality stocks in that pile, = would FRS be at the bottom or the top? Do you know enough about the = business that you can comfortably rank it against the others in the = list? Would it make the top 100? Are you willing to take a chance on it = if were to fall into the bottom 100 knowing that there are at least 100 = other stocks that have a higher *probability* of success? In the end, = the decision is yours, but it makes sense to consider FRS in context of = its industry and the market as a whole. Katherine ----- Original Message -----=20 From: J.
