The strength of today's move in the market confirms that yesterday was the
day in which the market made the low I was anticipating. While there is
still a small chance that the market could take out the low of 1099.52 on
the S&P either later this week or early next week it is very unlikely.
This low came two days earlier than my model had predicted and at a price
level some 30 S&P points higher than predicted. This is good news, because
it indicates underlying strength in the market. This lends more evidence to
the case for the new upswing in the market to take us to new highs for the
year.
The dominate trend for the next four to six weeks is up. Should be good
times for CANSLIMers.
