 Tom,
I guess you are pretty active investor, who I was. My analyses of the markets do not indicate such switch noticably. The market still favours the little small caps with very thin volumes, and their values may not so value any more, time to be cautous with them.
I do not like ETFs, since they are completely different games from CANSLIM.

first half of this month slightly in the red. My impression was not so much
that value small caps were being sold, rather that sidelined money was
coming back to small cap growth stocks.

In the past three days, I have gained nearly 6% on the fund, even more on my
IRA and margin accts, including over 1% the past two days when the broad
market was down.

Someone might want to take a good look at the ETF (Exchange Traded Funds)
and see if a pattern is developing, or I am just being lucky. Feels to me
like more money is flowing into growth stocks, so likely the mid caps are
being affected as well. Don't know if the value stocks are performing as
well, either because they have performed and now are not so "value"
underpriced, or are getting hit with profit taking.
