ECONOMICS
Initial claims, 4 week average of initial claims, and Continued Claims =
all rose more than expected, signaling a continuing rise in unemployment =
figures (a laggard indicator).

February Trade Gap was the largest in a year at $31.5 billion, even =
after factoring out energy products, just another sign of a recovering =
US economy trying to drag the global economy along. It was far higher =
that economist's forecast of 28.8 billion.

CPI rose a tame 0.3% in March, expectations were for a rise of 0.5%. =
Stripping out volatile energy and food portions, it was up only 0.1% on =
the core rate.

Housing starts dropped 7.8%, biggest drop in 12 years, but was measured =
against February's rate which was the highest in four years. New =
building permits also fell, by 9.9%, below expectations.

Industrial production for March was up 0.7%, expectation was for a gain =
of 0.5%. February's gain was revised to 0.3% gain. Capacity utilization =
came in at 75.4% against expectations of 75.1%, and February's rate of =
74.9%.

Consumer debt is again out of control, and may curtail future spending =
needed to keep the economy growing. Consumers were spending 14.3% of =
their disposable income just to service their debt during the 4th =
quarter, highest rate since 1986. Debt service level was higher at the =
end of this latest recession than at the end of any of the prior three =
recessions, and was rising during the final six months of recession, =
while it declined in the final six months of the prior recessions. =

WORLEY'S WATCHLIST WANNABEES
As always, most here will have both RS and EPS of 80 or better, and be =
close to their 12 month high. I will try to note the exceptions to this. =
I will point out what I see in basing formations, such as c&h, double =
bottoms, or LLUR (Lower Left, Upper Right, not an approved WON pattern). =
Mostly I am looking for flat line basing, noted as Bx where "B"ase means =
"x" weeks, IMO. The population I am reviewing this weekend expanded =
sharply. Most charts are already extended, not much to pick from.

AMZ - B4
CMX - B5
CSTR - uptrending B6, but staggering earnings forecasts (713% this year =
and 123% next year), which will drop trailing PE from 486 to 52 =
projected this year
GLG - LLUR, small cap low priced gold stock, I have no confidence in it =
with a price/sales ratio of over 7, but nice chart
ICTG - B4
NWRE - small cap, B2, powerful earnings forecast, in my VR fund
OFIX - B6
PETM - LLUR
PNG - B4
PSTI - early stage LLUR?, in my VR fund, small cap
PXXI - B5, but EPS only 74, in my VR fund, small cap
TTC - B7
UOPX - B4

Happy Hunting,
