I called the headquarters of IBD and spoke to a man whose name I didn't 
bother to note.

He was knowledge-able about the Sponsor Ranking.  As I said, I didn't find 
out how they marry together the number of funds holding a stock and the 
performance record of those funds.

It would be useful for others in this CANSLIM group to comment on their 
experience with this ranking.  Correlation with winners, strong or weak?
