Tom,

You referenced DGO and that brought a separate question to mind on TASR, for 
example, as well as other stocks.

DGO lists TASR ownership as follows; Funds 0%, Banks 0% & Management 53% (of 
float).  A check of LionShare shows (if you do the math) 25% of float as 
institutional ownership.

Doesn't DGO consider institutional ownership of a stock significant?  Is it 
any less important than bank owned shares for example?  Besides, it appears 
that some of the 'institutions' listed appear to be mutual fund companies.

Call me puzzled.
