During the tulip craze in Holland hundreds of years ago, many undoubtedly 
found reasons for believing that the craze would continue -- even as it 
approached its end.

Is that what's happening with the homebuilding bubble now?  Do we climb on 
even when these stocks are making tertiary and quaternary base formations?

I feel safer looking for other fish in the sea.
