Client members = 6 million
Skyrocketing costs and lowered govt reimbursement have been met with
increased premiums.

Sales = $10 billion/year and has been stagnant for the past nine quarters
Profits were $0.13 and grew steadily each quarter to $0.28 for Q-2 of 2002
(30% growth rate). No losses in any quarter.
Latest annual profit was $117 million.

Current stock price = $16.80 (up 0.16 today)
Shares outstanding = 168 million
Average daily volume traded = 1.1 million (todays's volume was 1.7 million)
245 funds own 130 million shares and have recently been accumulating 4
million

PER = 23
ROE = 7.8%
market cap = $2.8 billion
Debt to equity ratio = 0.21 (lower than industry ave)

Looking at price chart shows two prior times to get in were 05 April at $14,
or 17 April at $15.
