My understanding of UOPX shares is:

The Apollo Group=20

market capitalization:  $6.3 Billion=20
outstanding shares:    173 million=20
shares in float:           68%


issued a TRACKING STOCK for the University of Phoenix with symbol UOPX.

symbol:                      UPOX
market capitalization    $364 Million
shares in float :            84 million
shares in float:            15%

The case is similar to that of MCI tracking shares issued by WCOM, (but =
hopefully not the same end result).
